Because Group Leadership Shouldn’t Feel This Heavy
I'm Nicole!
A therapist, a group practice owner, and someone who knows what it feels like to be at the center of it all.
You’ve built something that matters. I know the weight of that — the invisible decisions, the endless to-do lists, the pressure to keep it all moving.
That’s why I started Rethink Your Practice: to help group owners lead with more clarity, more connection, and way less chaos.

Founder Story & Vision
Rethink Your Practice started with a simple but meaningful idea:
Group practice shouldn’t just be private practice with more people—it should be something better.
I’ve walked the path of building a group. I know the weight of it — the pressure to hold it all together while trying to create something meaningful, ethical, and sustainable.
More therapists often means more decisions, more dynamics, and more dependence on the owner. And that can start to chip away at the very vision that made you want to do this in the first place.
For me, the turning point came when I stopped trying to do more and started thinking differently. I restructured my systems. I invested in leadership. I built a team that could truly carry the mission alongside me.
And in that process, something clicked:
I don’t just care about helping group owners lead better. I care about changing how our field sees group practice altogether.
My 10-year vision for my group reTHINK Therapy is this: to help reshape the norm of employment for therapists — to create spaces where clinicians aren’t just surviving under the weight of their caseload, but thriving inside supportive, stable, values-driven teams.
That’s why I started this consulting work. Because I believe the future of therapy is being built in group practices like yours — and you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.
What if group practice wasn’t just private practice at scale—but a place where everyone could actually thrive?
